"The KJV Desktop Bible Book" downloadable software does not require payment of any license fee. The copyright owner and Licensor of "The KJV Desktop Bible Book" is "Arctic Owl Software" This Freeware License is a binding legal agreement between the individual who downloads "The KJV Desktop Bible Book" ("You") and the Licensor.
"THE KJV DESKTOP BIBLE BOOK" SOFTWARE IS COPYRIGHTED AND THE OWNER OF THE COPYRIGHT CLAIMS ALL EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO "THE KJV DESKTOP BIBLE BOOK", EXCEPT AS LICENSED TO USERS HEREUNDER AND SUBJECT TO STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS FREEWARE LICENSE.
Freeware License Rights: Even though a license fee is not paid for use of "The KJV Desktop Bible Book", there are conditions for using it. As a condition for granting you a license to use "The KJV Desktop Bible Book", you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. You are deemed to have read, understand, and have accepted all such terms and conditions upon executing a download of "The KJV Desktop Bible Book".
If you fail to abide by any of the terms and conditions set forth herein, your license to use "The KJV Desktop Bible Book", shall be immediately and automatically revoked, without any notice or other action by the Copyright Owner.

Warranty: THE LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATIVE TO "THE KJV DESKTOP BIBLE BOOK", INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTIBILITY. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES OR LIABILITIES CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF "THE KJV DESKTOP BIBLE BOOK", INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
Agreement: The user is allowed to use all of the programs, data, and documentation included with this Product.
You may install and use any or all Product Elements included in the Product, as specified in the individual Terms of Use or License for each Product Element;
You may copy the Product, provided that such copies contain all the original Product's contents and proprietary notices. You may collect a reimbursement for the costs of producing the copy, but you may not charge a licensing fee for the Product;
You may permit other individuals to use the Product under the terms listed above.
You may not extract portions of a Product Element not permitted by the Terms of Use or Licenses for the Product Element;
You may not sell licenses for the Product;
You may not include the Product or any Product Element in any other collection or other product;
You may not remove any proprietary notices on the Product or on any Product Element.
Title: Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Product and all component works within it shall remain in Arctic Owl Software or the original copyright holders. The Product and all Product Elements within it are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties.
